At Desire Energy, we believe that value creation should be a primary purpose of any business entity. Desire works on the principal of profit sharing and also delivers its best to improve youth and society. Across India as a whole, it is estimated that women spend 150 million workdays every year fetching and carrying water which is equivalent to a national loss of income of INR 10 billion/ 160 million USD. Desire Energy aims to reduce this number as much as possible so that women can contribute more and more towards the development of the nation. As part of our CSR initiatives, Desire Foundation is focusing towards nation building by promoting women entrepreneurship and empowerment from rural India.
